Yay Team! is the business entity through which J. Michael Cavitt
helps nonprofits get best results. He coaches and consults with
volunteers on how to have the best results for their organizations. He
also provides these key concepts and processes through training and
workshops for groups.
Coaching
Coaching is usually a one to one process to help an individual
master and implement a concept. It also can be to help resolve a
problem or to take advantage of an opportunity.
Coaching services are available by telephone or in person. Rates are
by the minute on the telephone and by the hour, half day or full day in
person.
Consulting
Consulting will usually be on a project basis with a key volunteer
that includes an element or elements of an organization such as a
board, committee, or a management team.
Consulting fees are usually decided on a project basis.
Training
Training involves the creation and delivery of a series of
activities for a group. The group may be as simple as a group of
volunteers.
Fees are usually determined on a project basis.
Workshops
Workshops will usually include more than one training session.
