Mentoring
Mentoring is usually a one to one process to help an individual
master and implement a concept. It also can be to help resolve a
problem or to take advantage of an opportunity.
Mentoring services are available by telephone or in person. Rates are
by the minute on the telephone and by the hour, half day or full day in
person.
Consulting
Consulting will usually be on a project basis with a key volunteer
that includes an element or elements of an organization such as a
board, committee, or a management team.
Consulting Fees are usually decided on a project basis.
Training
Training involves the creation and delivery of a series of
activities to a group consisting of nonprofit entrepreneurs and their volunteer leaders.
Fees are usually determined on a project basis.
An individual or organization can sponsor workshops with Yay Team!.
Yay Team! has workshops currently being sponsored by two community colleges in the Minneapolis/St Paul urban area.
